Khairpur Medical College, Khairpur Mirs was established and inaugurated by Honorable Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah on 29th December 2012 in Elementary college Khairpur Mirs. Initially with name of LUMHS Khairpur Medical College, Khairpur Mirs as a part of Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro. Later on, the name of college was changed to Khairpur Medical College, Khairpur Mirs as Project of Government of Sindh.
